Join photographer Federico Rios Escobar (@historiassencillas) at the Bronx Documentary Center for the presentation of his poignant new photobook, Darién. This compelling work documents the perilous journey of migrants crossing the Darién Gap, a treacherous region between Colombia and Panama. Through powerful imagery, Darién illuminates the human cost of migration, featuring stories of individuals from Venezuela, China, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Haiti, and beyond.
