614 Courtlandt Ave, Bronx, NY 10451
Join photographer Jacqueline Silberbush for a presentation of her new book, What Shod I Be!!!!?, a poetic exploration of the cycle of a young woman’s life.
With humor and melancholy, the book traverses universal female experiences—from birth and childhood to maturity, love, and the birth of her own child. Silberbush weaves a semi-fictional narrative through ten years of intimate work in nurseries, family homes, rave clubs, lovers’ beds, and hospital rooms, creating a composite character through her photographs.
What Shod I Be!!!!? is published by Mass Books.
